Job Opportunity - Industrial Engineer (IE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate new product pilot runs to ensure smooth transition into mass production.
- Arrange and optimize workstation allocation for efficiency.
- Conduct time studies and work measurement to improve productivity.
- Design and improve production layouts.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- 2-5 years of experience in lean production within the electronics industry.
- Familiar with the IE Seven Basic Tools/Methods.
