About the Role
My client in the Pharmaceutical industry is looking for a driven Business Process Engineer to join their team in Jhb to help drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities Support and execute cross-functional projects Identify process inefficiencies and drive Kaizen improvements Analyse data to generate actionable insights Build dashboards and performance reports Collaborate with BI teams to enable data-driven decisions Contribute to automation and digital transformation initiatives Minimum Requirements Education BSc/BEng in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) – mandatory Experience 3–5 years' relevant experience Exposure to data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar) is advantageous Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of Lean/Kaizen and project management principles Skills & Competencies Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving & process optimisation Lean/Kaizen knowledge with a co...Ready to Join Through a Referral?
