About the Role
Lead the Sourcing Tactical Team for setting up suppliers, placing requisitions/PO’s, invoice reconciliation and onsite support for POM’s as needed
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)- Invoice Management (discrepancies, holds & resolutions)
- On site support by request
- Physical Inventory
- Annual policies RFQ (finding, vetting and meeting suppliers)
- RFQ (creating bid event in RFx tool)
- Daily Support (escalations, shortages, and PO requests)
- Emails (responding timely to stakeholders)
- Cost Savings Projects (ideating, funnel updates, actioning and executing)
- Contract Reviews Contract Administration (signatures, scanning, storing)
- Internal Audit (requested by Trade Compliance)
- Repse Platform
- Trainings and maintenance
- Fieldglass Training and maintenance
- Project Card Updates
- RCCM and follow ups
