Job Title: Chef
Location: NCR
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate chef with at least 1 year of experience in preparing authentic cuisine. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of regional dishes, spices, and cooking techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes (North, Mughlai, Tandoor, etc.)
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
Assist in menu planning and food preparation
Manage kitchen inventory and minimize wastage
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a chef or Commis Chef
Basic knowledge of spices and cooking methods
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Salary:
Salary will be based on the candidate’s last drawn salary and experience
