We are Canada’s first domestic Online Program Management (OPM) company, built from the ground up for the regulatory, cultural, and institutional realities of Canadian post-secondary education.

Our model draws on global frameworks that have scaled internationally, adapted specifically for the Canadian market. Universities and colleges retain full academic control and credentialing while Boreal provides capital, marketing, enrolment infrastructure, and student success operations through long-term partnerships.
