As a member of the Board, you will set strategic directions, oversee operations, and manage pivotal organizational risks. Ideal candidates will possess strong regulatory knowledge and have experience in governance or strategic roles within the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set Alectra’s strategic direction in energy management
• Provide oversight on operations and identify organizational risks
• Navigate complex governance and regulatory matters
• Serve on two Board committees with a commitment of 20-25 meetings annually
