Role Overview

The Tech Lead – Change & Release Managementis responsible forgoverning, coordinating, andoptimizingtechnology changes and releases across a complex, globally distributed environment. This role ensures safe, compliant, and automated delivery of changes while protecting service stability, customer experience, and regulatory posture.

The roleoperatesin ahigh‑velocity,always‑onproduction environment and requires proven experience working within a 24x7x365follow‑the‑sunoperatingmodel, managingcross‑regionaldependencies, and enabling rapid yet controlled change execution.
