About the Role

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) , specifically within a Banking or Financial Services environment.
  • Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of the banking technology landscape (e.g., Core Banking, Payments, or Wealth Management platforms).
