About the Role

Job Description
The Incentive Compensation Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the clients Sales Operations team by managing and optimizing sales incentive programs. This position is responsible for administering commission systems, ensuring accurate and timely compensation payouts. The analyst will work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Accounting, Finance and Sales to maintain data integrity and streamline compensation processes. A strong understanding of SPM tools (such as Xactly Incent, Spiff, Varicent, CaptivateIQ, etc.), CRM (Salesforce), and Excel is essential, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. The sales representatives they are supporting come from two business units- Neuromodulation & cardio pulmonary.
