About the Role
A healthcare solutions provider is looking for a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to conduct in-home wellness assessments for Medicare members in Hamilton, Ontario. This position offers flexibility and requires performing comprehensive assessments and building relationships with patients. The ideal candidate should hold a valid NP license and have prior patient care experience.
This is a 1099 (PRN) role allowing for a minimum commitment of 30 hours monthly while delivering quality care to at-risk populations.
