TELUS is seeking an In-Building RF Engineer to design and optimize our next-generation indoor distributed antenna systems (DAS). You will deliver world-class high capacity systems and complex indoor connectivity solutions. You will also drive innovation by leading automation initiatives to streamline complex in‑building studies and analysis.

What you’ll do:

• Design and optimize next‑generation Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), including small‑cells and multi‑operator systems
• Deliver high quality indoor RF design by selecting optimal solutions and equipment while considering capacity requirements, building layout, and macro network interaction
• Analyze indoor coverage and propagation using industry‑standard RF design and analysis tools
• Manage inter‑regional projects from conception through deployment
