Responsibilities

• Communicate the resolution of customer issues related to transportation pickups, claims, and incorrect receiving of assets at the processing plant.
• Coordinate and communicate with customs brokers.
• Manage freight clearing accounts, charge‑back invoices to the branch, code and approve invoices.
• Generate daily reports on operation coordination, Annex 24 (Inventory control), and Annex 22 (Pedimentos).
• Perform IMMEX operations and maintain close communication with multiple areas.
