We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Immigration Lawyer to join our team. This will be on a FREELANCE basis.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on immigration options, including work, student, family reunification, investment, and digital nomad visas.
Assist with the full application process for temporary and long‑term residency permits.
Guide clients through legal pathways to permanent residency and citizenship by residence, including meeting legal residency requirements and preparing for naturalization.
Draft, review, and file immigration‑related documents and appeals.
Stay up‑to‑date with immigration laws, policies, and procedures in relevant jurisdictions.
Liaise with government authorities and monitor application statuses on behalf of clients.
