About the Role

Role: 
The ILS Documentation Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining technical and logistics documentation to support the lifecycle of engineering systems (e.g. robotics, vehicles, defence systems). This role ensures all documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with operational, maintenance, and support requirements. 
Key Responsibilities Documentation Development 
Develop and maintain ILS documentation, including:  User manuals 
Maintenance manuals 
Technical handbooks 
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) 
  
Translate engineering inputs into clear, structured documentation 
ILS & Lifecycle Support 
Support Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities such as:  Maintenance planning 
Spares and provisioning documentation 
Reliability and maintainability documentation
