IELTS Operations Manager

Role Purpose

Manager, IELTS Operations is responsible for managing all IELTS testing conducted by IDP IELTS Test Centres (Associate Centres & IDP Direct Testing Units) in Pakistan. He/she is responsible for expanding the IELTS test centre network across the country while ensuring testing operations are compliant with the requirements of the IELTS quality systems, commercially viable and delivered with a commitment to exemplary customer service and operational best practice.

Required Experience

• Educated to bachelor’s degree level or equivalent in business administration.
• 5 years’ or equivalent experience in IELTS Administration
