Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) strategies throughout design, construction, and handover stages, ensuring alignment with corporate digital transformation objectives and industry standards.
- Manage and coordinate Building Information Modelling (BIM) efforts across consultants, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring consistent use of the Common Data Environment (CDE) and adherence to the BIM Execution Plan.
- Develop automation scripts and tools (e.g., Dynamo, Python) to enhance BIM workflows and data handling efficiency; customize dashboards and digital construction tools to suit specific project needs.
- Collaborate with IT and digital teams to integrate APIs and data platforms as required.
- Support project teams in the adoption of digital tools such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and Synchro for tasks like clash detection, 4D scheduling, and data validation.
