Provision of IT support services, level 1 tickets
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, servers, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support to the branch (this may be in person or over the phone)
Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
About the Role
As a key member of a small dynamic team and reporting to the Team Lead - IT Operations, you will be responsible for the provision of timely and efficient IT support services to the business on a national scale. The role will suit a service-orientated person who is composed, patient and is able to deal with multiple enquiries and issues, providing quick responses and accurate results while developing your technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
