About the Role
To lead, manage, and deliver ICT projects in accordance with the NLC’s Project Management Office (PMO) methodologies and governance frameworks. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, supporting the organisation’s modernisation and digital transformation objectives.
Salary ScaleCommensurate with qualifications and experience.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
ITIL or COBIT 2019 certification (advantageous).
ExperienceMinimum of 5 years’ ICT project management experience.
At least 3 years in a senior project management or PMO environment.
Proven experience managing project budgets, vendor coordination, and risk control.
Demonstrated successful delivery of large-scale or multi-stream ICT projects (e.g., ERP, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity initiatives).
