Role Summary
The Technical Project Support Manager is responsible for overseeing technical project operations, supporting pre-sales and post-sales activities, and managing the execution of hardware/software deployment and leasing projects. This role requires a strong understanding of ICT systems, excellent tender management skills—especially in e-Perolehan—and hands‑on experience in managing service‑level agreements and vendor coordination for both private and government‑sector clients.
