IBM BAW Developer

Ideal candidate for this role is a skilled developer with hands-on experience in IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), responsible for designing, developing, and supporting workflow solutions that automate and optimize enterprise business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop workflows using IBM BAW Process Designer.
• Build BPDs, services, coaches, coach views, and user interfaces.
• Implement human workflows, system services, and decision services.
• Integrate BAW with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, JMS.
• Develop reusable components and shared services.
• Configure process variables, data mappings, and error handling.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Support deployments across DEV, TEST, UAT, and PROD environments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint-based delivery.
• Provide production support and defect resolution.
