Assistant Manager – IAM Testing (IGA Identity Security Cloud) Overview We are looking for an Assistant Manager – IAM Testing to lead quality assurance for Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives across Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platforms. This role is responsible for end-to-end validation of identity lifecycle processes, access governance controls, compliance workflows, API integrations, and cloud/on-prem connector configurations. The Assistant Manager is expected to move beyond manual testing and take ownership of test strategy, test automation, defect governance, stakeholder coordination, and audit-ready test evidence across medium-to-large IAM programs. The role requires a strong understanding of identity platforms, compliance expectations, and integration-led testing in hybrid enterprise environments.
