At Randstad Digital , we are looking for a Senior Associate – Identity & Access Management (IAM L3) - Advanced English, to join a leading global company specializing in Audit, Consulting, and Technology solutions.

• Provide advanced operational support for IAM platforms across IGA, Access Management, and PAM technologies.
• Configure, manage, and maintain IAM systems including user provisioning, access controls, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Perform access reviews, audits, and compliance activities aligned with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM incidents, including root cause analysis and vendor coordination.
