Hyperscale Server Design Engineer

Adecco is partnering with a global leading Electronics Manufacturing Service provider specializing in designing and building complex, high‑technology products for OEM. We are searching for a Server Hardware Design Engineer to join their R&D team in Singapore. This position is responsible for designing, validating, and optimizing high‑performance server hardware, racks, and infrastructure systems to support massive‑scale cloud computing environments.

• Conduct server feasibility studies, define and maintain hardware architectures and solutions, and create execution plan.
• Guide and work with PCB engineers on layout and placement.
• Design, deploy, and operate large‑scale GPU‑based compute environments, optimizing network topologies such as InfiniBand and Ethernet.
