About the Role
Enhance quality and innovation in mental health services as a Senior Business Analyst. This hybrid role requires expertise in FHIR and data analytics for impactful solutions.
Support the MHA Data and Digital Initiative as you partner with the Mental Health & Addictions Centre Of Excellence. Your primary focus will be on developing detailed business requirements and managing complex data solutions using Azure Cloud. You’ll collaborate across various teams to drive product launch success and ongoing improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead business analysis on technical I&IT needs
• Develop requirements through interviews and business modeling
• Collaborate with MHA team and technical vendors
• Create structured documentation for business processes
• Analyze data for quality and improvement opportunities
