In this dynamic role, you will provide a combination of caretaker and janitorial services, and building maintenance and administrative responsibilities, while responding promptly to client needs and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Site Maintenance: Manage and supervise the site. Monitor and maintain the garbage and recycling rooms. Coordinate and supervise annual and seasonal building services and inspections.
