  ABOUT THIS CAREER OPPORTUNITY 
 Black & McDonald Limited is seeking an HVAC/R Service Technician at our location in Dartmouth, NS. The successful candidate will maintain, upgrade, troubleshoot, and repair various HVAC/R and gas equipment and systems within a portfolio of buildings to achieve optimum life span of the equipment. 
  Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:  
 Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC/R and gas equipment in accordance with manufacturer and company specifications.
 Complete digital work orders, detailed reports and daily digital time summaries.
  Ensure safe working conditions are enforced and strictly adhered to in accordance to company policy.
