HVAC Technician (Deyaar Facilities Management)

Deyaar Facilities Management is urgently seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to maintain and troubleshoot cooling systems across our premium residential and commercial high‑rises in Dubai.

Job Requirements

• ITI Diploma or equivalent certification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
• Minimum 3 years of proven GCC experience working on Chillers, AHUs, FAHUs, and FCUs.
• Good English communication skills to interact professionally with building tenants and residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on all building HVAC equipment according to the CAFM schedule.
• Respond immediately to reactive maintenance calls from tenants and resolve AC cooling issues within strict SLA timeframes.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with Deyaar's strict health and safety (HSE) guidelines.
