HVAC Technician

JOB REQUIREMENT: Technical Staff / BSM Technician position

• Focuses on operating, maintaining (checkup and cleaning), monitoring, and troubleshooting computerized systems that control and manage the building infrastructure and system components like HVAC, lighting, FDAS, BGMPA, and CCTV security.
• Basic knowledge to ensure the optimal operation of building system components.
• Basic knowledge in networking
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations
• Respond to emergency calls and system issues as required.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• System Operation: Monitoring and controlling HVAC, electrical, lighting, FDAS, BGMPA, CCTV Security, and any mechanical systems.
