Technical Manager (HAVC/ Chiller/ Elevator)
Location: Hanoi
Salary: Upto 40m + bonus
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Coordination
- Act as the technical bridge between headquarters and local team
- Ensure accurate communication of HVAC/ Chiller/ Elevator standards, product specifications, and solutions
- Maintain alignment with global technical standards
2. Pre-sales & Project Technical Support
- Provide technical consultation to clients and partners
- Prepare and deliver professional technical presentations
- Design and optimize HVAC/ Chiller/ Elevator solutions based on project requirements
- Support sales team to win projects
3. Technical Training & Team Development
- Develop and deliver HVAC/ Chiller/ Elevator technical training programs
