Role & Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Personnel Management

• Supervise field technicians
• Allocate daily work orders based on project urgency and team skill sets
• Provide workforce training
• Mentor junior staff on advanced diagnostic techniques and new HVAC equipment
• Appraise employee performance
• Conduct skill assessments and participate in hiring or disciplinary actions

Operations & Project Management

• Enforce quality control
• Inspect installations and maintenance tasks before and after completion to guarantee high standards
• Oversee service schedules
• Plan preventative maintenance intervals for chillers, compressors, and ventilation systems
• Interpret technical documents (read and explain complex blueprints, wiring schematics, and mechanical building codes)
