HVAC Service Technician

HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN (Permanent) Our client, a locally owned HVAC installation/service company in WNY, is looking to add a HVAC Service Technician to their team. Responsibilities: Install heat pumps and AC units into residential homes Provide high levels of customer service and professionalism when interacting with customers Receive service call information to then appropriately troubleshoot, diagnose, & repair HVAC systems, furnaces, heat pumps, etc. Regularly perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operations Commission and install HVAC units/equipment as necessary Maintain proficient understanding of wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documents in order to effectively complete jobs Identify issues, communicate clearly with customers, and resolve in a timely manner Ensure all compliance and safety standards are upheld while completing work Ensure each job is documented correctly, completely, and in a timely manner Work well in a team environment as ...
