Senior Trades Worker Location: Volusia County, FL Position Summary Volusia County is seeking experienced Senior Trades Workers to perform skilled journeyman-level construction, maintenance, repair, and renovation work with minimal supervision. This position supports County facilities, utilities, parks, and infrastructure operations and may require expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Masonry, Painting, Mechanical Systems, or Utility Maintenance. Key Responsibilities Building & Facility Maintenance Perform maintenance, repairs, renovations, and new construction work. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural systems. Perform preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment.
