About the Role
Job Responsibilities
- Review and interpret HVAC design drawings, specifications and technical submittals.
- Prepare and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals and method statements for HVAC systems.
- Supervise site activities related to HVAC installation, testing and commissioning ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Liaise with consultants, clients and other disciplines to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth coordination.
- Perform site inspections to verify progress and quality of HVAC works.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of HVAC materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA and relevant UAE/local codes and regulations.
- Assist in quantity takeoffs, project planning and resource allocation.
- Prepare progress reports, snag lists and documentation for project closeout and handover.
