About the Job

To provide HR administrative support and coordinate relevant processes for the human resources department. The role assists in a wide variety of tasks that include coordinating and consolidating activities for all new joiners, movers and leavers as well as assisting employees with day to day queries.

Key Areas of Responsibility Be a single point of contact in coordination and actioning the take on process from start to end for new employees joining Danone (including Permanent employees, Temps, Fixed term contractors, Expats, Dan Affiliates) Draft letters of employment/contacts and estimate dummy payslips and send to/liaise with new hires. Send all take on documentation for completion to new hire. Coordinate and consolidate these + supporting documents and process accordingly.
