The incumbent is responsible for providing coaching and development for the regional human resources business partners and plays the role of business partner to the business unit directors in their sector. They ensure the deployment of corporate HR programs within the regions and business units. They act as the link between regional business partners and the appropriate human resources specialists from the Americas Centers of Expertise, while supporting ALC's quality and safety objectives.
