Job Summary:

The HR Lead will oversee and manage the end-to-end human resources function within a healthcare setting, with a strong focus on recruiting healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting payroll and benefits administration. This role requires hands‑on experience in the healthcare industry and the ability to lead HR initiatives that support both clinical and non‑clinical operations.
