With a consulting model inspired by firms like McKinsey & Company and Bain & Company, the firm is building a high-calibrated, globally competitive team.
Role Overview
This is a foundational HR leadership role focused on building and scaling the firm’s people function — from attracting elite talent to embedding a high-performance culture. You will work directly with leadership to shape how Intellia hires, develops, and retains top-tier talent in a global consulting environment.
