This internship offers hands-on experience in HR documentation, role analysis, and organizational design within the dynamic fashion industry. Key Responsibilities: Job Description Development: Collaborate with department heads and team leads to gather role-specific information. Draft clear, concise, and standardized job descriptions for various roles across the business. Ensure alignment with organizational structure, competencies, and career paths.
