Human Resources (HR)

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Recruitment:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (Developers, QA, DevOps, Support roles)
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds
• Ensure quick turnaround time for closures

2. HR Operations:

• Maintain employee data in HRMS (Zoho People or similar)
• Handle attendance, leave tracking, and documentation

3. Employee Engagement:

• Plan and execute engagement activities
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns
