About the Role

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the guardian of accurate and timely attendance management.
  • Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and confidential upkeep of all employee documents, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through various channels - end to end recruitment
  • Coordinate and schedule the entire interview process, providing a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events (e.g., annual gatherings, team-building activities).
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to foster a culture of continuous growth.
  • Utilize HR data to generate reports and provide insights on key metrics like attendance, turnover, and training effectiveness.
  • Identify trends and proactively recommend improvements to policies, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
