Human Resources Generalist

The HR Generalist plays a critical role on the team by providing hands‑on HR support to employees and leaders across operations. This role focuses on employee relations, HR administration, and supporting HR programs and initiatives. It is a blend of operational excellence and proactive partnership, ensuring HR practices are consistent and compliant.

This position is based out of Stayner, ON.

What you’ll be doing:

Employee Relations

• Responsible for end-to-end support of assigned client groups, comprised of hourly and operations leadership
• Manage all day-to-day HR inquiries providing timely, accurate and easily understandable answers to all levels within the organization, helping team members navigate on-line tools and Workday to better support employee self‑service
