Human Resources Generalist (Santiago)

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to support our growing operations in Santiago, Chile. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to employees, managers, and global HR stakeholders, ensuring a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with local labor regulations and company policies. As the primary HR point of contact for the local office, you will manage the full employee lifecycle, support payroll and HR administration, drive employee engagement initiatives, and help foster a high-performance, collaborative workplace culture.
