Position Summary
Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, the HR Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support and guidance on recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, health and safety, employee relations and HR best practices, partnering closely with both leaders and employees to deliver a positive and consistent employee experience. The HR Generalist provides timely, consistent, and customer‑focused service, guidance, and administrative support on employment‑related matters, applying sound judgment and discretion within established policies, legislative requirements, and delegated authority.
