Non-Management Partnering with hiring managers to acquire the best associates to meet the Business Unit business needs. Manage full spectrum of HR operational matters, including managing end-to-end recruitment activities, work pass administration, recruitment-related HR operations, and support employee engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, MOM regulations, and Marriott policies.
