Prepare and manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
Handle immigration procedures, managing end-to-end foreign worker and expatriate mobility while ensuring compliance with local statutory regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
Organize staff engagement activities and manage employee recognition and reward programs.
Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management.
Prepare and present HR-related reports to management. Possesses a Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources Management or equivalent. Knowledgeable of Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and Labour Ordinance (Sabah Cap. 67) is an added advantage.
