About the Role

Position Summary

Provide a high level of confidential administrative and technical support to the Office of Labour and Employee Relations (Human Resources) in accordance with University policies and procedures. The incumbent coordinates a variety of activities including assisting with university committees, scheduling, maintaining records, and providing information to employees concerning policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the administrative human resources functions for the Office of Labour and Employee Relations.
  • Respond to general questions concerning human resources policies, procedures, and the application of collective agreements.
  • Assist with the preparation of human resources related requests and gather relevant documentation for supervisors and labour advisors.
