About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a strategic and operational partner to business leaders. The role will cover end-to-end HR generalist responsibilities , supporting employees and managers across the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and alignment with business goals.
The ideal candidate will combine hands-on HR execution with the ability to advise stakeholders on people strategy, performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
