About the Role
What do we expect from you?
- Partner with business leaders and managers as the first point of contact for all people-related matters within the assigned business unit, ensuring seamless execution of HR programs and processes
- Own end-to-end talent acquisition for assigned roles — from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding — partnering with hiring managers to close positions with speed and quality
- Drive the performance management cycle within the BU: goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, calibration support, and follow-through on performance improvement plans
- Support talent management initiatives including talent reviews, succession inputs, high-potential identification, and internal movement/IJP (Internal Job Posting) processes to enable career growth within Yellow.ai
