About the Role
Human Resources Assistant We rely on you:
- Assist in coordinating special functions for colleagues such as training activity, colleagues in-house events, sports activities, etc.
- Assist in preparing materials for training activities.
- Perform a regular stock inventory and maintain the stationaries par level for HR Office.
- Actively disseminate general information/ activities related to colleagues.
- Take charge and monitor the cleanliness of the colleagues accommodation.
- Regularly inspect the colleagues facilities in the hotel.
- Update weekly all kinds of communication channels to colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Human Resources/ Hospitality/ Hotel Management.
- Good command in writing & speaking English. Able to speak other languages will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of one (1) year working experience in similar capacity.
