Elevate the operational success of our new Distribution Center in Balzac, Alberta, as a Human Resources Advisor. This role blends hands-on support and strategic HR advisory to optimize people management in a fast-paced environment.
Focused on enhancing engagement and employee relations, you will partner with leaders, guiding processes in recruitment, workforce planning, and talent development. Your strong operational understanding will play a vital role in managing the large hourly workforce across multiple shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR guidance and address inquiries from employees
• Manage day-to-day employee relations including conflicts
